How would Masood have rated if he had not been killed? Warlords, warlords, warlords. I wonder if this concept is helpful… Is it?
Or are we saying that the warlords can be rehabilitated, and need to be. If rehabilitation is the thing, is there agreement among the governed on what it is that needs to be done? Can it be written down?
I suppose that fixed elections are understood as being over the line. So be it.
